As an Implementation Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin that ensures our clients experience seamless integration and successful onboarding to the XTM platform. You’ll manage dynamic projects, collaborate with stellar teams, and wow our clients by delivering exceptional results—every single time.
What You’ll Do:
- Take the Lead: Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end implementation projects for our clients, ensuring milestones are hit, budgets are respected, and quality is top-notch.
- Be Accountable: Own the delivery of projects on schedule while meeting scope and quality standards.
- Build Bridges: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Development Teams, and Clients to align goals and keep everything on track.
- Solve Challenges: Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they become roadblocks, ensuring smooth sailing from start to finish.
- Deliver Excellence: Uphold XTM’s high standards by verifying the quality of deliverables and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay Organized: Document every step, from client requirements to project milestones, creating a playbook for success.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 2–3+ years managing complex projects in tech or SaaS environments. Bonus points if you know your way around translation management systems or localization workflows.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technical concepts, software integrations, and CRM systems. Translation software experience? Even better.
- People Skills: You’re a natural communicator and relationship builder who knows how to listen, mediate, and present ideas clearly.
- Problem-Solving Ninja: You thrive in high-pressure situations, think critically, and adapt quickly to resolve issues.
- Organizational Pro: Juggling multiple projects and deadlines? You make it look easy.
- Certifications: PMP or similar certifications are a bonus, but your skills and experience matter most.
- Soft Skills: Cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, proactiveness, and an uncanny ability to manage expectations (and wow everyone while you’re at it).
