Reporting to the HR Director we are seeking to appoint an outstanding and driven HR Business Partner to join our HRBP Team.

GROUP HR Business Partner
- Develop and maintain an effective and proactive working relationship between HR and aligned leaders whom business partnering, to source and deliver appropriate solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide leaders with sound advice and guidance on all aspects of staff employment and leadership, ensuring that the implementation of policies and procedures brings consistency of practice, fairness and equality in respect of people management and support.
- Assess maturity stage and capability level of staff members, working with leaders to upskill and develop where necessary
- Support the company in driving forward transformational organizational change including staff engagement, project initiatives and partnership working.
- Coach and advise managers in planning and managing the recruitment strategy to ensure the organization has the capacity and resilience to meet current and future business needs.
- Provide an end-to-end recruitment and selection service for the business functions you partner including supporting job design, advert design and placement, facilitating selection processes and appointment decisions to ensure the business is able to attract an appropriately qualified, experienced and diverse workforce.
- Provide a positive contribution to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with corporate objectives, legislation and best practice to ensure effective staff management.
- Work with the leaders to develop and provide effective learning and development for staff and managers to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake their roles.
- Work with the leaders to develop and provide effective health and wellbeing support and resources for staff and managers to promote sustainable health and wellbeing in the workplace.
- Undertake specific HR projects as directed by the HRD which are linked to the HR OKR’S
- Work with the HRBP team to deliver an exemplary HRBP framework to the company
- Provide leaders with sound advice on reward and recognition to drive employee engagement
- Support leaders in managing employee relation issues including support and guidance during disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management meetings to ensure appropriate and sustainable outcomes.
- Coordinate payroll in conjunction with the HRD
- All other duties and responsibilities as directed
QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Be CIPD qualified or have a degree level qualification
- Excellent and up to date UK employment law knowledge. International law would be desirable.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current people management issues and best practice
- Excellent HRBP experience with a strong customer service focus including ensuring best practice in advice, report writing, policy development and training delivery.
- Experience of managing change within an Organisation
- Experience of using project management skills and software e.g. ClickUp (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to confidently deliver concise, well-structured reports and communications, sometimes with a complex and difficult message, to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and build trusted relationships.
- Have a strong partnership with the HRBPs and HR team – establish strong communication links, knowledge sharing, partnership working and team collaboration.
- Excellent active listening and influencing skills with the ability to present sound and well-reasoned advice.
- Planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Numerate with the ability to understand and analyze complex information and data
- Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive, difficult and often emotive situations with a confident manner.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to situations.
- Effective team member who has the ability to work on own initiative or collaboratively with colleagues, ensuring consistency of practice.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office software and ideally experience in developing and using HR systems.
- Proficient mediation, coaching and negotiation skills desirable
- Working across the G&A functions would be desirable
