We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and driven Finance Assistant to join our Team.
Responsibilities
- Order to Cash cycle:
- Process, allocate and monitor customer payments (online and offline) to ensure up to date ledger information
- Raise sales invoices
- Assist with chasing late payments from our customers
- Procure to Pay:
- Daily and Monthly bank reconciliations
- Help with processing supplier invoices
- Prepare payment runs for vendors
- General Ledger:
- Help with preparation and posting of month end journals
- Assist with month and year end close
- Various other Ad-hoc duties to help Finance team
What we are looking for in you?
- You have a good understanding of accounting and have some bookkeeping experience
- Experience in working with customers and suppliers
- You shall have good communication skills, both verbal & written
- You are able to work and communicate in English, so level B2+ is required
- You can plan and organise your work
- You are competent in Excel
