We are looking for an energetic and well-organized person for the position of Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administrative support, document management and coordination of daily office activities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the HR department on personnel administration.
- Collaborating with Marketing team
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and company events.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Record keeping and filing of documents.
- Managing office supplies, including ordering office supplies.
- Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks.
- Maintaining order in the office and taking care of the aesthetics of the office space.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level, minimum B2.
- Very good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High personal culture and commitment to assigned duties.
- Ability to work under time pressure and multitask.
- Initiative and independence of action.
